Time is ticking. . .
It is surprising to us a sometimes God gives us circumstances which are beyond our control clearly with two purposes in mind, first, to simply build our trust in Him, or to cause God to be glorified with the end result.
This is true in the lives of every Christian! He has given us some of these circumstances now; please see below!
URGENT PRIORITY PRAYER REQUEST:
We are in the process of organizing documents for our Work Permits for moving to South Africa. Charlie needs a Study Visa. For this, we need Police Clearance certificates from Namibia. Today (Tuesday the 18th) a friend in Namibia has begun trying to obtain those for us. Normally, you have to appear in person, but that would cost $5000 for air tickets there and back. Pray this works!
The 3 of us have appointments at the South African Embassy in New York City on December 17th to apply for the permits/visas.AND ALSO PLEASE PRAY:We have to raise more support (about 20% more) before we can be released to go to Capetown in January. Our Father will provide, please join with us in asking Him.

Cami is working part-time on AfriGO during this home assignment, and can use some long-term volunteer help for someone to serve as a website manager. Input information, update pages, etc. Know anyone?
Other prayer and praise items
1. Iaian and Becky who were on track to come to serve in Namibia early next year are facing a test of faith. They are pregnant and due for a planned c-section on Dec. 1st. The baby has serious heart defects and may not survive. Please be praying for healing and God’s peaceful presence to be with them.
2. Continue to pray for the Epps in Huambo, Angola, and for Richard and Maggie Mwako (from Zambia) who are raising support for Namibia.
3. Pray for Toby who arrived in Australia last week to begin working while he looks into getting started for Grad School online for counseling.
4. Pray for the various needs of AfriGO as we await our funding and have staffing needs. Pray for Cami for wisdom.
5. Pray for Kevin as he strives to get our Work Permits and Charlie’s Study Permit, and continues to oversee our Angola and Namibia work.
