You prayed, God answered! Our work permits for Namibia were issued in ELEVEN DAYS! Yes, that is a miracle. Kevin heads to Namibia on Friday (with bike). The school for Charlie in Namibia gave us a scholarship! Not as much as we hoped, but more than they might have. Meanwhile, three people have stepped up to promise help. We walk forward in confidence that God will continue to provide. The "various things" we alluded to have been happening - some of the conversations have been disappointing but the Lord is walking us through it. Many details are coming together. Pepper's blood tests came back positive for something bad. Thankfully, an injection will take care of it. Now we are in a mad rush to get the dogs shipped off on Monday before those expensive blood tests expire. Please pray that many details (and official paperwork) will come together by 2 pm Friday! Toby had a wonderful time with 25 of his RVA high school classmates this weekend. They came from all over - even Australia! What an answer to prayer! Next he heads by bus to Rwanda to see his high school roomate, then flies to us in Namibia before returning to John Brown University for his junior year. It was really sad for Charlie to say his goodbyes. Please continue to pray for him in this transition and new beginnings. Some of this stuff - I struggled to trust.
