SUCCESS! We asked you to pray last week for the Graham family, who brought their four adopted Namibia children to USA to apply for US citizenship. Without this, the children would not be allowed to stay in the US long-term, even though they are officially adopted by the Grahams. We are happy to report that all four kids are now US Citizens!!!! Thanks be to God. This week we've also bought Kevin's ticket to Kenya for August 6th. He'll attend staff orientation at RVA starting the 9th. Cami and Charlie's tickets will be purchased this week for Kenya. Cami had hoped to go to Namibia but it is looking quite unwise for now (see below). Now we have to figure out how to get the cat shipped, and the dogs are looking unlikely. We value your prayers as we rush around this week at an awesome missions conference, then visit 9 households, AIM headquarters and a church over the following 2 weeks before throwing Kevin on a plane. Would you please also pray for Kevin's dad, Ken? He was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago. Radiation and surgery should remove all of the tumor, but it is a difficult time. And pray for Namibia. It is currently the African nation with the highest rate of COVID. People are frightened, the government is cracking down, and the body count is rising. As of today, there are no more vaccinations available. Our members are fine, but we appreciate your continued prayers for them in the midst of this trying time for Namibia.
