The Voices in My Head

Surprising to many of you, this newsletter comes from Winsted, Connecticut, where we are celebrating Christmas with Kevin's mom and the rest of the family. As we sit and write, Charlie is sitting in Dad's recliner and memories of him are everywhere. We are grateful for the gift of the tickets from Kevin's mom so we can be here, and missing Dad a lot. We are also thankful for the happy memories of last Christmas all together. We'll be here 3 weeks. Toby arrives in a couple of days and it will be wonderful to be with him again.

The last two months have been steady in most ways, which is a relief.

As usual, Cami has been hitting the magazine work hard and is glad to announce the first Portuguese issue, put together by her and the translation coordinator (and professionally translated) launched last week. You can see that here. Photo below.

Just today, the latest English edition, on missions from Africa back to the West, came out. Please take a little time to read it - you will find the cultural observations very interesting (all written by Africans) and the description of the state of Christianity in "christianized" places surprising.
