I have slept in so many beds since leaving Namibia on June 1st . . . 11 at last count. We are grateful we could be with my parents and 2 sisters and nieces for the 60th anniversary celebration, our first time all together since 2015. We’ve had wonderful visits with family and some friends over the past two months, and have finally settled in Stamford, Connecticut where we can unpack our suitcases. – Cami

Charlie’s had a big month, finishing High School, getting his learner’s permit, a US bank account, applying for college in South Africa, and he’ll take the SAT on Saturday. We celebrated Kevin’s birthday and Charlie’s graduation on Sunday with the Zwarts. Strawberry Rhubarb pie and Fudgy the whale! If you want to send a card to congratulate Charlie, you can send it to Charlie Zwart, 502 Prospect Street, Torrington, CT 06790.

Here’s Cami with her Aunt Jane and younger sister Becky at the family farm in Ohio! We see these folks only every four years, and the reunions are sweet. We hope to have many more of these meetings with all of you! We don’t have a full schedule yet, but here’s a few items:
And now? We are continuing on in ministry with AIM, certainly! But we will be doing it from Capetown, South Africa starting in February, 2026. More on our specific roles later, though Cami will continue at least part-time with AfriGO and Kevin will continue to oversee and visit our personnel in Namibia and Angola.
Other prayer and praise items
1. Kevin’s mom, Carol, will have open-heart surgery in September. We’re glad to be here to support her, along with Kevin’s brother and his wife. Pray for her please.
2. Richard and Maggie Mwako of Zambia just completed a week of seminars in northern Namibia where we hope to place them long-term. They are back in Zambia to report on this trip and we hope that the church in Zambia will step up to give more financial support.
3. The Epp family from Brazil have their documents and fly to Angola on September 5th! Pray for them and their two young children as they begin ministry there.
4. We praise God that we bought a car today to use over our time in the USA. We’ll sell it again in January.
5. Pray for Toby as he works on getting into Grad School for Counseling, and waits for his working Australia visa. Pray for Charlie as he looks for a part-time job here in the USA.
